NFL Schedule released: Predicting the Miami Dolphins win/loss record
By Juan Vasquez
Week 10: Cleveland Browns @ Miami Dolphins
If Deshaun Watson can play, this might be the headline of the year. In November 2020 rumors that Watson might be a good fit in Miami started to slowly circle around as Tua Tagovailoa began to struggle.
Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert playing at a high level didn’t help the narrative for Tagovailoa either.
In 2021 this eventually tipped over into a full-on hell-storm of trade rumors and drama that built up from early February. Tua was fighting with all his might to keep his job, but Watson was pushing just as hard out of Houston so he could come to Miami.
The cherry on top? Miami’s own coach at the time Brian Flores wanted Watson on the Dolphins with great urgency and had no interest in keeping Tua Tagovailoa around.
Will Tua and Watson shake hands after? Will they come in with a different type of motivation?
All I know is that Tua has to come out of this game guns blazing because if Miami loses and Watson outclasses Tua… oh man. I don’t even have to say it because you already know.
We all saw how much outside noise can affect a team last year, the Browns have that x10 this year. Gives Miami the edge. I predict a possible game of the year candidate.
Miami Dolphins record: 7-3
