Tyreek Hill was Patrick Mahomes’ ace under the sleeve, he will be the Miami Dolphins entire set of cards:

Tyreek Hill recently announced that he will be starting a podcast, and in one of the preview clips he used for that podcast, Hill was talking to his co-host and also his agent Jrue Rosenhouse about how he wanted to stay in Kansas City.

Who knows what ended up happening in negotiations with KC, but it was interesting to me that Hill was put in the video frame nodding his head while his co-host stated: “[the Chiefs] knew what you were capable of, they just didn’t utilize you.”

Followed up by asking: “Do you think this was a situation to suppress stats, to drop the value down when it came to a potential trade… or signing.”

Very interesting, here is the full clip:

The full podcast will release on June 10th and by the looks of it, Tyreek Hill is ready to open a big, stinky can of worms. Now, Hill in this video seems to agree with the idea that he was underutilized. This is mind-boggling considering his numbers THIS YEAR.

Tyreek Hill by the numbers, 2021:

  • 1,239 Yds
  • 155 Targets
  • 111 Catches
  • 9 Touchdowns
  • 85.1 Overall grade

Tyreek so this is underutilized by your standards? What did Mike McDaniel tell him that would make it seem like he would have a much bigger role here in Miami? And more importantly, what does his desired usage rate look like that would make this look “underutilized”

I got two words for you: Deebo Samuel. Don’t be surprised if Tyreek Hill doesn’t only end up being the protagonist WR, but also the protagonist Deebo style back, and also the protagonist gadget player. Plus with McDaniel’s creativity Hill could end up being even MORE deadly.
