The Detroit Lions face the Miami Dolphins the day before Halloween. Amon-Ra St. Brown could be having a monster season by then.

St. Brown started slowly in his rookie campaign but quickly found his footing. In the last six weeks of the season, he caught 51 passes for 560 yards and 5 touchdowns. All his touchdowns came in the last six weeks.

If he can maintain the momentum he had ending the 2021 season not only should the Fins be on notice but the whole league should gameplan for him when playing the Lions.

Detroit also added Jameson Williams with their 12th overall pick. Williams is a major deep threat, some considered him the best receiver in the draft but he tore his ACL in the National Championship game which caused many to stay away.

At Alabama, Williams averaged 20 yards per catch, he had 78 receptions. Williams has said he is ahead of schedule on his recovery and is hoping to be ready for the start of training camp.

Besides the young talent, they now have at receiver they still have T.J Hokenson who has caught at least 60 passes in the last two seasons and made a Pro Bowl in 2020. They also signed DJ Chark who had a Pro Bowl season in 2019 where he had a 1000-yard season with the Jaguars.

The Miami Dolphins are deep with coverage players. Currently, they still have Eric Rowe on the roster who has covered tight ends well. The Fins experienced cornerbacks should be able to be ready to face the young receivers in Detroit.
