17 post-game headlines for the 2022 Miami Dolphins season

Miami Dolphins continue their run against hapless Lions
It’s a big “IF” but if the Miami Dolphins can get to this stretch of games and win, they will be in a prime position to make a run for the playoffs. In fact, at this point in the season, the Dolphins could be in first place, alone, at the top of the AFC East.
While I still don’t think they will hold that, this could be the run the Dolphins need at the right time. The Lions will not host the Dolphins on Thanksgiving as many originally thought when schedule leaks were making their rounds around the internet.
The Lions should be improved but they are still a season or two away from becoming a legit threat in the NFC North or in the NFL. They simply go through too many off-season changes and Dolphins fans know that feeling all too well.
Miami matches up well with the Lions and if they lose this game then they let their guards down and took the weekend off. Or Tua Tagovailoa is really that bad.
With the win, Miami improves to seven wins with their only loss to the Bills in week three. This of course is predicated on them beating the Ravens in week two and the Bengals in week 4.
