Former Miami Dolphins players that they’ll see in 2022:

Lions: Charles Harris

One of the biggest draft blunders in recent memory for the Dolphins, Charles Harris spent three seasons in Miami and racked up just three sacks. He is widely considered by fans to be a first round bust, but he is a different player in the eyes of Lions fans. Harris had an impressive 7.5 sacks in 2021, surpassing his career total for the previous four years combined.

It remains to be seen whether or not he can continue his progression in to 2022, but he will most certainly be looking forward to the match up between the two.

Bills: Jordan Phillips (and others)

Another familiar foe who is employing some familiar faces is the Buffalo Bills. Jordan Phillips began his career in Miami before leaving for Buffalo in 2018, and made his way to the Arizona Cardinals two years later. But he has re-signed back in Buffalo, and will continue his career in the AFC East. Duke Johnson and Greg Mancz join him as well.

Bears: Robert Quinn and Julien Davenport

Julien Davenport started just nine games for the Dolphins, and will be known more for his participation in the Laremy Tunsil trade than for any on-field contributions. Current Bears pass rusher Robert Quinn spent even less time in Miami, but his 6.5 sacks in 2018 were enough to be the team leader.

Quinn has somehow improved with age. He had 11.5 sacks the year after he left Miami, and a whopping 18.5 last season, which was good enough for second most in the league behind TJ Watt. While the Bears will be one of the softer contests on the schedule, Robert Quinn will certainly be a handful for the Dolphins’ offensive line.
