This past NFL offseason was crazy.  Trades, trades, and then another trade.  And the talent that was traded hasn’t been seen ever. Will that trend continue in 2023? One would have to assume, yes, especially if players don’t get the contracts they desire or the situation they are in doesn’t fit their culture.

Now that the dominos have fallen into place, Miami Dolphin fans know that Deshaun is no longer an option, same with Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers – so who’s left, there could be two potential franchise quarterbacks looking for a change of scenery:

Lamar Jackson

The truth of the matter is that the Ravens have not re-signed Jackson and from all the rumors that are circulating around is that the Ravens believe they can franchise tag Jackson for the next two to three seasons and then let him walk.  That might not be the path that Lamar wants for his future and his family.

Let’s be straight – Lamar is amazing.  MVP caliber player that can do everything he wants on the field.  He has never had a true legit number one receiver and the Ravens’ game plan has always been to control the run game.  Can you imagine the potential of Lamar throwing it to Hill or Waddle?  That would be something scary and the Miami Dolphins on paper would not only be a true threat to the Bills but a legit Super Bowl contender.
