When you dig deeper into the Miami Dolphins roster, some players shine while others don’t. Diving  into the depth, these players stand out good and bad.

Rising

Braylon Sanders

Sanders is mentioned quite a bit by media and fans a like. The undrafted free agent rookie is doing everything that he is being asked to do and it appears that coaches are noticing. Still a big long shot for the 53, Sanders could be making a statement for the practice squad.

Falling

DeVonte Dedmon

Dedmon isn’t having a horrible camp but he isn’t garnering a lot of attention. It was always going to be a battle to make the roster and so far, the chirping birds aren’t singing his name.

Rising

Trent Sherfield

Sherfield has been very consistent through the first week, in a good way. He is making catches and putting in extra work. He is making a strong case for the 5 or 6 spot.

No movement

Lynn Bowden, Jr.

There hasn’t been a lot of talk about Bowden, positive or otherwise. It is still early and Bowden is likely doing a lot more than just running routes.

Mohamed Sanu

Sanu has made his presence known as a veteran but early in this process he has been relatively quite and that isn’t a bad thing.
