#3) Sam Eguavoen – LB:

Miami Dolphins Linebacker Sam Eguavoen did not have the best performance to start his night versus the Tampa Bay Bucs, but a key factor in having “that dawg” is never giving up and always making the most out of the next play.

During most of the first half, Eguavoen looked rusty since he was missing tackles left and right. But about a minute before halftime, Kyle Trask fumbled while trying to pass and Eguavoen came in like a hungry hyena to get the ball for the scoop & score.

For the rest of the game, Eguavoen was hit and miss, they don’t tackle as they used to in camp now so we have to understand a lot of these guys need to get back in the groove of really wrapping up.

But you could notice Eguavoen and the rest of the defense turn up their fire after that scoop & score. Many will say all Eguavoen had to do was get the ball from the ground, but the truth is a player needs to have high awareness to make that play.

Eguavoen could have just fallen on the ball, but he picked it up and made a huge play, which drastically shifted the momentum back to the Miami Dolphins.
