Connor Williams

We could put Tyreek Hill on this list but I’m going to save you the search now, Hill isn’t one of the most important five players. We expect him to be exciting and open the field but we also need Connor Williams to be perfect.

Williams has no room for error. He can block fine but his snaps throughout training camp and exhibition games has been inconsistent. He is getting the ball back to Tua when in shotgun but the snaps tend to be a little higher than you would like.

This week, turnovers could be a big part of the outcome and if this game is close, a bad snap could be the difference between a win and a loss.

Williams has worked hard to fix these problems but they were still evident in the final preseason game and more work was definitely needed. With the season now here, those mistakes will be costly.

So far, Williams hasn’t sailed one over Tua’s head but it only takes one time to create a problem.
