#20) Mac Jones – New England Patriots:

Some might ask why Mac Jones is so high on this list after putting up only 7 points, and the reality is this is the standard of the new New England Patriots.

Play so conservative and mediocre that it’s not good enough to succeed, but it won’t be bad enough to suck. 70% completion and 87 passer rating for what? For nothing. But enjoy not being with the “bad” QBs I guess.

#19) Jared Goff – Detroit Lions:

The Detroit Lions have silently put together a good squad and they showed they can compete with the Eagles, however, Jared Goff is limited and we continue to see what he is without Sean McVay.

Goff started badly but Deandre Swift and Jamaal Williams carried in the run game so Goff could be an ok at the best game manager.

#18) Mitchell Trubisky – Pittsburgh Steelers:

Mitchell Trubisky is getting the chance to save his career and is taking a game manager role with Pittsburgh.

Mitch wasn’t special vs the Bengals completing only 55% of his passes and throwing for 1 TD, I would even say it’s a mediocre performance. But Joe Burrow was so dang awful that Trubisky looked just fine in comparison.
