Mark Andrews may be the Miami Dolphins’ biggest challenge on Sunday.

The Miami Dolphins have not been very good at covering great tight ends and the Ravens have a great TE in Mark Andrews. The key will be to take Andrews out of the game early and often.

Baltimore will try and feed the ball to Andrews at every turn and if Miami takes him out of plays, they will need to stick with him because the Ravens will be relentless in getting him in position to make plays.

Like all great players, Andrews will have his opportunities and you can’t eliminate him entirely from their game plan, the trick is to disguise enough of your defensive coverage to give Jackson the impression that Andrews is in a position to make a play, and then stop it.

Andrews, like Jackson, will contribute to today’s outcome in a big way. If the Dolphins can take him out Jackson’s options will be running backs and a wide receiver group that is good but not special just yet. The Raven’s receivers are still young and the Dolphins’ secondary should be able to handle them. Take out Andrews and you force the Ravens to beat you against a position of strength for Miami.
