The big, physical, freak athlete Robert Hunt played a quiet game against the Baltimore Ravens. The big man, unfortunately, didn’t get any goal-line carries in this game, but he did quietly shut down his matchup all day.

In what many Miami Dolphins fans have come to expect from Robert Hunt, he just doesn’t allow pressure. He is also a very agile blocker at the second level.

Robert Hunt had a PFF grade of 82.3 in pass protection and is becoming a staple at right guard and a key piece to this offensive line.

Robert Hunt’s biggest strength is using his frame to box out a defender. It helped that for most of the day the Baltimore Ravens would only send 3-4 guys in pressure and Robert Hunt was able to kick over and help Connor Williams or Greg Little.

If Hunt can continue to work on the run game and get to the next level consistently with defenders he will be a threat on this offense. However, I have a feeling that with Connor Williams next to him, that mauling phase is well on its way to coming in.

The bigger fear will be this week and how will this Miami Dolphins offensive line stack up with that Buffalo Bills front 7. Yet again Robert Hunt will be busy, but he can prove himself in this one.
