Miami Dolphins: Predictions for the final 9 games

December 18th @ Buffalo
Loss 21-10 (8-6)

The game against the Ravens was certainly the most exciting and note-worthy, but the most impressive and improbable win by the Dolphins in the early season came against the Buffalo Bills in Miami. The big story of the game was the fatigue from the visiting team due to 90 offensive plays and sweltering heat from the sun, which helped the Dolphins come out victorious.

The Bills will have a chance to return the favor with their own version of mother nature, as the Dolphins will travel to Western New York a week before Christmas to play in what could be adverse weather. Regardless of what the sky is doing, Buffalo will certainly have payback on their minds and the upper hand in the second meeting of the season. The Dolphins will lose this one, but it will be the last game they drop all season.

December 25th vs. Packers
Win 23-20 (9-6)

Playing the Packers and Aaron Rodgers in a late-season situation, especially if Green Bay is fighting for a playoff spot, is typically a tough game for any opponent. But this year’s Packers don’t seem to be the same type of explosive that they have been in year’s past, especially with the lack of offensive weapons.

As long as Rodgers is under center, this will be a tough game for Miami. But they’ll play in the friendly confines of their own stadium, and should come out with a huge victory to begin their late-season postseason push. Merry Christmas.
