Miami Dolphins new defensive star Bradley Chubb has a long way to go but a scenery change could put him in discussion.

The Dolphins view Bradley Chubb as a big addition to their defense and after a full week of work, the Dolphins should get to see a lot more of their new edge rushing OLB. Chubb signed a huge deal with the Dolphins but now, he has to show up on the field.

In his first eight games, Chubb had 5.5 sacks and 26 tackles. In Miami, he will get better acclimated with another week of work and if his production continues, he should find his name at or near the top of the linebackers that get a roster spot.

Chubb hasn’t been to the Pro Bowl since his 2020 season when he has 7 sacks on the year but last season he spent most of the year injured. Can he make a return?

It won’t be easy for Chubb who is quite a bit down on the sack charts this year. 12 AFC players have more sacks than Chubb does right now and of those 12, 5 are linebackers. Still, with a new team and what should be more opportunities in Miami’s blitz scheme defense, Chubb should start making a move up, if he does, he has a shot.
