The Miami Dolphins had a wonderful day on offense and Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle weren’t the main reasons why and that’s cool.

The Miami Dolphins scored 39 points(should have been 41) and neither Tyreek Hill nor Jaylen Waddle had 70 yards receiving.

Let’s not act like they had no impact. They each made a few big catches, Hill scored once, and just their presence on the field puts defenses in a blender.

But, it was satisfying to see the offense not miss a beat. It was beautiful to watch Tua get so many others involved in the passing game.

The more guys that defenses have to keep an eye the easier getting the ball to the real-deal playmakers it will be. That and the running game continues to get better and this offense can approach a new level.

The offense runs through Hil and Waddle. Nobody would ever deny that. But Trent Sherfield emerging as the clear-cut #3 receiver is a nice surprise. I think we all like Sherfield and understood that his knowledge of the offense is quite valuable. But not many had him being the #3 receiver that Tua looks for. Well, that’s what’s happening.

I won’t be upset if Hill and Waddle go for 120 against the Texans. As long as the offense is still getting to 30+ points I truly don’t care how it happens. It could be 16 safeties and I’ll be cool with it.
