Miami Dolphins defense is as important as Dolphins offense this week

Christian McCaffrey is going to be a big problem for the Miami Dolphins defense on Sunday.
The NFL is not fantasy football but every fantasy football owner knows that McCaffrey is not only a premium running back with exceptional pass-catching and yards-after-catch skills, but he is also one of those players that can exit a game just as quickly as he can make a defender miss.
The 49ers are only starting to figure out how to use the “when-healthy stud runner” after acquiring him in a trade deadline move from the Panthers.
Over the course of his five games with the 49ers, McCaffrey has run the ball only 58 times for 241 yards for an average of 4.2 yards per carry. He has two TDs. It is in the passing game that he makes the most of his talent.
McCaffrey has 25 receptions on 30 targets 202 yards averaging 8.1 yards per reception and a score. McCaffrey recently told reporters that he feels closer to 100% than at any time this season.
McCaffrey is going to take on a big role Sunday. Elijah Mitchell is likely out with a knee injury. He hasn’t practiced this week. The 49ers leading rusher is actually Jeff Wilson who had 468 yards prior to being traded to the Dolphins.
Deebo Samuel is the 4th top rusher and will present the Dolphins’ defense with a “slash” style player who plays with far more physicality and speed than finesse.
