Jason Sanders’s days as a member of the Miami Dolphins need to be over.

Congratulations, Jason. You got paid very well for a kicker a few years ago. Now kindly leave the Miami Dolphins and never come back.

I don’t know if I ever tried jumping through my TV more hoping to land next to Mike McDaniel than when he trotted Jason Sanders out there for that 51-yard field goal. I and everyone in the room I was in knew he wasn’t making it. Why? Because Sanders never makes it. Go for it or punt because this guy doesn’t have it anymore.

Nick Folk made a similar kick in the same direction later in the game so I don’t feel like hearing about this wind.

This guy, who I used to call Mr. Perfect is more like Barry Horowitz at this point in his career. I and others thought the addition of a real punter/holder in Thomas Morstead would get Sanders back on the mend after last year’s rough season. Nope. It didn’t matter and Sanders has continually left points on the field.

Sanders is not the sole reason why the Miami Dolphins lost. But he’s always a reason why they do lose.

Looks like Tyreek Hill was right when he said the kickers practice for like 5 minutes a day and the rest of the time they’re just walking around doing whatever. I’m sure Sanders has good reasons for not doing everything he can every day such as that he already got paid so why care that much?

There are plenty of payers that I hope will be off this team come next year, but Jason Sanders is at the top of my list.
