Jerome Baker knows how Brian Flores wants his linebackers to be used and the Miami Dolphins may look elsewhere this off-season.

Jerome Baker has managed to be one of the few Dolphins draft picks that last long enough to get a second contract from the team. There haven’t been many over the years. Baker is one of the players that has been mentioned as a non-fit under Vic Fangio’s defense and he carries a hefty contract for a team that could use some space.

Baker played well under Flores and now, a reunion in Minnesota would make a lot of sense as the Vikings would get a veteran player on a contract that could be renegotiated for a better team deal.

OTHER PLAYERS

Noah Igbinoghene – Brian Flores may or may not have had his hand in drafting Igbinoghene but it has his fingerprints on it. A corner, Flores loves his cornerbacks, he has been a monumental bust in Miami and the Dolphins could simply give him away to the Vikings along with any of the players mentioned above and no one in Miami’s fan base would likely care.

Emmanuel Ogbah – The Vikings need edge help and Ogbah has done well in the Flores system. Very expensive and not likely to happen, Ogbah could still have a big impact with the Dolphins next season but, you never know.
