The Baltimore Ravens are a good possible landing spot should the Miami Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa part ways.

Naturally, one would expect Tua to land with the Ravens if the Dolphins made a move for Lamar Jackson but if the Dolphins were to instead land Derek Carr or Aaron Rodgers and Jackson went elsewhere, Baltimore could still be a landing spot.

The Ravens would get a quarterback that likely would fit well within their system because it is run heavy and that would take pressure off Tua. He would be less expensive to keep on the roster than Jackson and if the Ravens simply pick up the 5th, they could evaluate him in 2023 and make a decision in 2024.

Any team that trades for Tua will essentially have two years of him being under contract without having to use the Franchise tag which would add another year before they need to dive into a big extension.

I would make sense for Tua to be included in any trade with the Ravens for Jackson but do the Dolphins really want to risk their franchise on another QB who gets banged up and wants a monumental monetary payday?
