The Miami Dolphins lost Jalen Ramsey in training camp last year and Miami needed a CB, he didn't work out well.

Eli Apple

There isn't much to say about Apple. He was a liability in coverage and really didn't bring much to the team. Luckily, he was a team player and didn't bring a "diva" type attitude. Apple was overdrafted and his play simply was subpar early in his career.

Over the years, Apple has gotten by on his potential but as his career and years continue to add on, he is going to struggle to find a home for any length of time. His career is likely going to be one-year stays and if he is lucky, a two-year contract.

Apple may not find work until after the draft and even then it may take training camp to get him on a roster. Everything is working against him and last year he had a chance to showcase what he can do, and he showed instead that he is a depth player.
