2. Erik Ezukanma will separate himself from other fringe WRs

If you have been following along during our pre-camp pieces, we've consistently said that Erik Ezukanma is facing a tough road to make the roster. Once camp gets here, though, he will find a way to make Mike McDaniel keep him around.

Ezukanma was injured last year and his career almost came to an end. He has shown he can play at the NFL level, but has been unable to showcase his talents throughout the season and while he has looked good in camp, he has been riding his draft status and potential rather than his abilities.

This year, he will embrace the challenge and will do more than just make the team - instead, he will provide the Dolphins with a fourth WR option. In fact, Ezukanma is going to give the Dolphins a reason to play him outside and in the slot. This could be the training camp where we see him emerge in a Deebo Samuel-type role that will separate him from the other WRs trying to earn a roster spot.
