Wilkerson enters the 2015 season nursing a hamstring injury that has seen him most of training camp. He entered the league as the New York Jets 2011 first round pick, 30th overall.
In his career thus far, Wilkerson has registered 237 tackles, 24.5 sacks, 13 passes defensed, and 1 safety, 1 interception.
Wilkerson is a staple along the New York Jets defensive line but that wasn’t enough to keep the Jets from spending a top 2015 draft pick on Leonard Williams.
