10 players the Dolphins must address this off-season

Olivier Vernon
Impending free agent
Vernon has been stellar the last month of the season. On Sunday against the Ravens he registered 2.5 sacks to bring his season total to 6.5. For his career, Vernon has 28 sacks with 11 of those coming in his 2013 sophomore season.
The Dolphins have a big decision to make with Vernon. Of all the free agents he will be the hardest to re-sign without breaking the bank. In my opinion, only my opinion, Vernon will expect a much larger salary than his play on the field dictates.
Re-sign or let go?
If I’m the Dolphins I’m letting him go. Vernon scares me because he is largely inconsistent and I believe that Vernon will overvalue himself. In addition, I find it unnerving when a player steps up in a contract year. Earlier this season Vernon was almost non-existent but he has really stepped up his game and that to me is a red flag given the situation the Dolphins are in right now. Where was this same passion when the season mattered?
