Dolphins 2015 year in review

October 1st
It’s reported that several Dolphins players hold a meeting internally. It’s reported that Ndamukong Suh is unhappy with the style and scheme of DC Kevin Coyle.
October 4th
The Dolphins are blown out by the New York Jets in London setting off a cascade of dominos. Reports circulate that Stephen Ross is fed up with the team’s performance and that changes could be coming soon.
October 5th
One day after returning from London, it’s announced that Joe Philbin has been fired as the team’s head coach. It’s announced that TE coach Dan Campbell who has only been coaching full-time since 2012 would take over duties. Campbell addresses the media and promises a “culture change” and more physicality. He declines to answer comments on his coaching staff including DC Kevin Coyle.
October 8th
Dan Campbell announces that Kevin Coyle has been fired. He replaces him with Lou Anarumo who coached the teams secondary.
October 12th
The Dolphins promote special teams coach Darren Rizzi to assistant head coach. The Dolphins also add Al Saunders as an offensive consultant.
October 18th and 25th
With coaching changes in place and the bye week over the Dolphins turn in two consecutive blowout wins beating the Titans 38-10 and the Texans 44-26. Miami jumped out to a 41 point lead at half-time. They would score only three points in the 2nd half.
October 29th
Miami is blownout by New England 36-7. The play on the field begins to turn back towards that under Joe Philbin. The team loses Cameron Wake with an Achille’s rupture. On November 3rd Wake would be put on IR officially.
