Pick #16 Carolina Panthers

CB Greedy Williams, LSU

The Panthers score a major ‘coup’ in the selection of Williams at 16.  The tall, lanky cornerback had a monster year in 2017 with 6 INTs and was often avoided this past season.  With Williams, the Panthers have the true cover corner they have sought since letting Josh Norman go a few years back.

Pick #17 Cleveland Browns

OT Greg Little, Ole Miss

At 6’6″ 325 lbs, Little is the kind of tackle needed to help open running lanes and keep QB Baker Mayfield‘s jersey clean for the next decade.

Pick #18 Minnesota Vikings

DT Ed Oliver, Houston

While comparisons to DT Aaron Donald are unfair, Oliver does possess “game wrecking” ability (53 career TFLs) and would definitely help the Vikings 15th ranked rush defense.

Pick #19 Tennessee Titans

DT Jeffrey Simmons, Mississippi State

Titans need some ‘beef’ on their defensive line and Simmons (6’4″ 300 lbs) provides that and more.  He falls to 19 because of the NFL’s sensitivity to “domestic violence” issue in his past.

Pick #20 Pittsburgh Steelers

OLB Brian Burns, Florida State

Pittsburgh is always looking for the next great linebacker to insert in their 3-4 defense and Burns (10 sacks in 2018) would be explosive in that role.
