3. Potential

Ironically, I believe the Tua Tagovailoa argument about being injury prone or not (he’s 100% injury-prone) sparked after many Tagovailoa fans said they did not want Saquon Barkley because he was injury-prone.

The irony is free on Dolphins’ Twitter. What a world we live in.

But in all seriousness, trusting Tagovailoa to stay healthy is the exact reason fans should trust Barkley to stay healthy.

Injury-prone players are frustrating, but that frustration usually stems from them being super talented and not being able to showcase their talents. That is the case for Barkley.

Barkley has the potential to be a First-Team All-Pro running back if healthy, and if Miami is truly betting on Tagovailoa to stay healthy this year, they should do the same for Barkley.

If Miami can acquire Barkley and he can stay healthy, they will be robbing the New York Giants because Barkley is awesome.

His potential in a Mike McDaniel offense really excites me, and I would love to see how creative they would get with him. The potential is endless if he stays healthy!
