Connor Williams, 25, the newly signed offensive lineman will look to make an immediate impact on the weakest aspect of the Miami Dolphins.

Per Pro Football Focus, Williams was the 11 highest graded guard in the NFL for the 2021 season. His grade was 75.2, this would have made him the highest-graded offensive lineman for the Fins.

The offensive line needed the most help this offseason and with the addition of Williams, it is expected this unit will finally not be detrimental to the success of the team.

Williams was asked by new offensive coordinator Frank Smith if a move to the center position would be something he is interested in.

When asked about this interaction Williams said, “let’s do it”. While Williams has not seen much action at center if coaches like Matt Applebaum and Smith believe in Williams so should fans until proven otherwise at least.

The Miami Dolphins have made improvements to this offensive line through free agency and it is great they picked up a player still in the prime of their career like Williams.

Fins fans should be ecstatic that the team finally invested in quality, proven offensive linemen like Connor Williams and Terron Armstead.
