Miami Dolphins Rookie of the Year: Channing Tindall

There isn’t a large crop to choose from, given Miami’s lack of capital in the 2022 NFL Draft. But they may have found a steal late in the third round when they selected linebacker Channing Tindall with the 102nd overall pick.

Erik Ezukanma figures to play at least a small role in the Dolphins’ offense, but Tindall could end up being instrumental for them on defense. He has insane closing speed and has the skill set to be an elite quarterback spy, and he will be Miami’s Rookie of the Year for 2022 if he is able to progress towards being one.

Miami Dolphins Comeback Player of the Year: Raheem Mostert

It wasn’t a down year with the Dolphins that he’ll be coming back from, but if he is able to exercise the injury demons that continued to plague him last season, then Raheem Mostert could be the Comeback Player of the Year for Miami.

Having played in just nine games over the last two years due to health problems, Mostert has plenty to prove in getting back to form. He is one of the fastest players in the league, and his game-breaking speed could prove essential for the Dolphins on offense if he is able to avoid injuries.

Playing in 13+ games and being a regular contributor will make it hard to give the award to anyone else.
