Miami Dolphins QB prediction #3: Tua Tagovailoa keeps his job

It is unknown exactly what Tua Tagovailoa has to do to keep his job as the starting quarterback of the Dolphins beyond the 2022 season. Does the coaching staff have statistical benchmarks that he has to hit? Does he simply need to make the playoffs? Or has the team alarmed h decided that he is a filler until they can chase a QB next offseason?

Whatever the case may be, there is no argument against the table being set for Tagovailoa. The excuses that we gave him over his first two seasons are gone, now that a different coaching staff is in place, as well as big name acquisitions to help aid in his progression. It is officially put up or shut up time for Tua in Miami.

I think he’ll do it. I’ve been a believer in Tua from the start, but I try to remain unbiased and can see the flaws in his game. But I also see the skill set that he has, and have faith that he can put his talents on display of given the correct situation.
