Finally, the Miami Dolphins have players that not only contribute but do so as starters or have proven that they need more time within the systems.

Trent Sherfield – He outshined Cedrick Wilson and became a big part of the Dolphins’ offense and he should be brought back again this year.

Brandon Shell – He wasn’t perfect on the left side but played much better at right tackle. With questions surrounding Austin Jackson, Shell could be the guy that pushes him for a job.

Raheem Mostert – When he was healthy, he was tough as nails as a runner and he almost made it the entire season. He fits McDaniel’s offense.

Jeff Wilson Jr. – Miami traded a draft pick for him last year so it would be a bit surprising that they let their best running back go into the market.

Andrew Van Ginkel – He has shown consistency and could develop a lot more in Fangio’s offense. He won’t get a massive contract but should get a two-year extension and that would be smart for the Dolphins.

Nik Needham – Needham’s injury was one of the worst to hit the Dolphins’ secondary and the lack of Byron Jones made it worse. Needham can play inside and the boundary and should be part of Fangio’s corner system.
