The Miami Dolphins were one of 4 teams that attended a pre-draft style workout for former Lions Kevin Jones.  Jones who has an injury history was released earlier this off-season.  He along with former NFL star Shaun Alexander are still without a team.

Ricky Williams has spent more time peeing in a cup than he has picking up yards for the Miami Dolphins.  A retirement, a suspension, the threat of an 8 million dollar lawsuit, a reinstatement, a suspension, a failed drug test while on suspension, a delay in reinstatement, a reinstatement, an season ending shoulder injury.  Say that 10 times fast.  Now, it appears that Ricky Williams, in the tradition of a political candidate exclaims he wants “4 more years”.

The Miami Dolphins announced yesterday that there will be 20 practices open to the general public this training camp.  The practices are free, the parking is free, and if your going, you have an opportunity to play Mr. Media guy.  For us.  More on that in a minute.

Matt Loede should be applauded.  One of the writers for Gridirongab.com, Loede has affirmed what many Miami Dolphins fans think.  The Phins, entering training camp, are not one of the top 5 worst offenses in the NFL.

Ricky Williams came out of Texas in 1999 to the roar of a New Orleans crowd as the 5th overall pick. 3 seasons and 2 more 1st round draft picks later, Ricky Williams was in Miami. Williams immediately appeared to be paying dividends for the Dolphins. In his first season, 2002, with the Phins, he made the Pro-Bowl and lead the NFL in rushing with over 1,800 yards, the trade appeared to be a steal. [...]

Continuing our countdown to the worst event in Miami Dolphins history, today our match-up is the one win Cam Cameron vs. the Eddie “freakin” Moore.
Cam Cameron was the end result of Miami Dolphins’ owner Wayne Huizengas’ extensive coaching search after the ill-timed resignation of Nick Saban.  Considered one of the bright minds in the NFL, Cameron was deemed an offensive wizard.  Leaving San Diego as an offensive Co-ordinator, Cameron became the 7th coach in Dolphins history, and the 4th HC in 3 seasons.
