The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots have met 16 times in their history and as it should be, the teams have both won eight games. The last game a victory by the Seahawks.

The “Cheers” star, Kelsey Grammar, played Dr. Frasier Crane in the hit comedy series. It took place in Boston. As the series ended, Frasier was moving to Seattle. NBC who ironically is the broadcast network for tonights game decided to turn that move into another hit series, Frasier.
Marvel super hero’s Captain America and Peter Quill are rooting for different teams, maybe this is the lead in for Avengers Civil War. Chris Evans who plays Captain America is a New England Patriots fan while Chris Pratt of Guardians of the Galaxy roots for Seattle.
The history:
The Seahawks have won one Super Bowl, last year. They lost another. The Patriots have won three on seven appearances. Tonight will be their 8th.
