JASON FOX
The Dolphins opted to keep Fox this past off-season and penciled him in as the starter for injured Branden Albert. He is currently injured and won’t play this week. Regardless of his health, when he was healthy he didn’t do much. Two holding penalties in week one and showcasing an inability to hold the edge has put Fox behind the rest of the offensive line.
The Dolphins have little choice here. While Albert is now back and practicing the Dolphins want to take it easy with their expensive left tackle and this week the Dolphins will start Dallas Thomas to block the blindside of Ryan Tannehill.
The disappointment in Fox further showcases the problems along the offensive line. Fox is supposed to be the Dolphins best back-up but he hasn’t done well enough to keep that title.

JORDAN CAMERON
The Dolphins are not worried about their top tight end and they probably shouldn’t be. That doesn’t erase the fact that Miami is relying on a player who already has at least two dropped passes from Ryan Tannehill. Both on deep throws.
To his credit the Dolphins have not been exposing him as much the first two weeks of pre-season but he is not making game changing plays for the team. Perhaps they are a little gun-shy after the Dustin Keller incident a couple of years ago. Who knows but a member of the offense that was supposed to be an important part of the offense has not exactly been helping the offense.
I fully expect Cameron to have a solid season and expect to see more of him once the season gets started.
