Over the last eight years, I have been a part of the FinsRadio media group. As some of the shows have moved on, On The FinSide, our flagship radio show has stayed strong. Three years ago I took over proprietory ownership of FinsRadio. Today, as part of the Miami Dolphins media overhaul, FinsRadio and thus, PhinPhanatic.com is proud to announce that we are one of three fan radio sites that will be providing content for MiamiDolphins.com.
"In addition to more video, digital and live content, the Dolphins have elevated their relationship with the team’s fan sites. Along with celebrating these groups during the annual “Web Weekend” event, the team will work with select sites to share interviews with coaches, players, alumni and front office staff. Shared content will be featured on PhinManiacs, Fins Radio, and NFL Female."
Details of how and when the content will roll out will be finalized in the coming weeks and content should start appearing shortly thereafter. It’s a huge honor to have the Dolphins on board with us and vice versa. The entirety of the Dolphins media changes are not yet known but today’s press release, which you can read here, outlines quite a bit of it.
While this is a personally proud moment, I will say that I owe a lot of this to Brian Catanazaro who has been my co-host for several years now, Paul Pickens, Jr. who has served as a co-host the last two years, and James Lancaster. While James is no longer a part of the FinsRadio group or On The FinSide, he was my first co-host on the network and together we logged in a tremendous amount of hours. I also want to thank Doug Ford for pulling me into FinsRadio and then turning the network and it’s brand over to me.
Needless to say, there will be big changes coming to the FinsRadio network in the coming months. Congratulations to PhinManiacs and Luis Sung, as well as Lisa Johnson and group at NFLFemale!
