Moses could be the next great  Alabama to NFL linebacker

LB. Alabama. 3. Mock Draft. Pick Analysis. DylanMoses. player. 829

Dylan Moses is looking as if he will be the next great middle linebacker to come from Alabama heading to the NFL and maybe the Miami Dolphins.

Following in the footsteps of New York Jet CJ Mosley, New England Patriots Donta Hightower, and Tennessee Titans Rashaan Evans, Mosley displayed his abilities at Bama after being a three year starter for the team. Moses was also the leader of the 2020 defense, a defense that helped lead Bama to a National Championship and undefeated season.

Like Surratt, and probably every linebacker on this list, Moses displayed a great nose for the football and a high football IQ playing at middle linebacker for Nick Saban’s defense. Moses reminded me of Hightower when he was at Alabama, a player that Flores coached in his time in New England.

After hearing from a friend that Moses did display some issues in coverage, that is an area of his game that he will more than likely have to improve upon. However, he did show signs in the National Championship game against Ohio State.

It is likely that Moses would be a late first or early second round pick, and if the Dolphins feel comfortable in taking an inside linebacker that early then Moses would be a solid pick.
