Catching Up With Zach & JT

AUTHOR: Txmedic5 | IN: Dolphins | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

The first quarter of the season is over and the Miami Dolphins are heading in what appears like the right direction.  It was only a short 4 months ago that Dolphins fans said good-bye to the undersized LB of 12 years Zach Thomas.  It would be 2 months later that Jason Taylor would wave good-bye to the Aqua & Orange as well.
Last weekend, the two were set for their first fight on the field as opponents.  Jason of course with Washington and Zach with Dallas.  The storied rivalry which would have seen yet another side note to the event, [...]

AFC East Breakdown: Week 4

AUTHOR: Txmedic5 | IN: Dolphins | COMMENTS: None Yet

(Brian Miller writes for Phin Phanatic, which is FSB’s Dolphins blog. Representing the rest of the AFC East are Musket Fire, The J-E-T Press and The BuffaLowdown.)
With two of the four AFC East teams taking the weekend off, Miami and New England, both the Jets and Bills had an opportunity to gain some ground or reclaim some that had been lost.  The questions going into the weekend centered around Brett Favre’s sore ankle and the Bills overlooking the win-less St. Louis Rams.  Week 5 will see 3 of the four division teams playing on Sunday while the Jets will focus on getting their nicks [...]

Missing You

AUTHOR: Txmedic5 | IN: Dolphins | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

Ah the bye week.  The worst part of any season is the week when the Miami Dolphins do not play.  While in reality there is only one weekend without football, it’s clear that it seems more like 2 weeks.  Still, Sunday’s are days for football and although the Dolphins may not be playing today, there are some good games nonetheless.
Look on the bright side, while you and I may be missing the Dolphins today, it could be worse, we could be the New England Patriots who are off today as well….but of course they are spending theirs watching game film [...]

Below is a list of the participating sites. Each site was given an opportunity to ask one question. This is the entire conference call representing each site [...]

Could Ted Ginn Reunite With Cameron?

AUTHOR: Txmedic5 | IN: Dolphins, Rumors | COMMENTS: 3 Comments

There is a rumor making it’s way around “Dodge City” these days that offensive coordinator and former Miami Dolphins head coach Cam Cameron is looking for a deep threat WR.  According to at least one report, Cameron is bending the ear of Baltimore Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome about acquiring a deep threat for his offense.  On name that has obviously been linked in the rumor is…Ted Ginn.
The Miami Dolphins fans all know to well the love affair that Cam Cameron has with Ted Ginn, and of course his family.  It goes without saying that the OC would want his 9th [...]

The Real World Is A Sad Place – Prayers To Matt Bryant

AUTHOR: Txmedic5 | IN: Off-Topic/Other | COMMENTS: None Yet

Football is the center stage for most NFL fans, but the real world can be traumatic and sad.  Tampa Bay Buccanneer place kicker Matt Bryant is going through a pain no living human being should have to endure.  Bryant lost his 3 month old son on Wednesday morning.
All of our thoughts and prayers are with Matt and his family in this time. I can not express enough my own personal prayers, a father of a 4 year old myself.  I will hold him a little tighter today for sure.
Matt, may your child find the heavens and angels a [...]
